Ocean Colony is located at 935 Ocean Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets in the heart of Ocean City, New Jersey. Our convenient location is only steps from the beach and boardwalk and within easy walking distance to the Asbury Avenue shopping district.

Directions from the 9th Street Bridge:

After crossing the causeway from Somers Point, continue straight on 9th Street and make a right on Ocean Avenue. Main entrance is on the left halfway between 9th and 10th Streets.
